【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估老年性聾患者佩戴助聽(tīng)器效果。方法:分別通過(guò)助聽(tīng)器效果國(guó)際性調(diào)查問(wèn)卷(IOI-HA)和中等聲強(qiáng)度(65dBSPL)的言語(yǔ)識(shí)別率測(cè)試的方法,評(píng)估中、重度老年性聾患者佩戴助聽(tīng)器的效果及滿意度。結(jié)果:助聽(tīng)前后,中度老年性聾患者的單音節(jié)詞、安靜及噪聲下語(yǔ)句(SNR=5)的識(shí)別率改善值分別為31.15%、23.21%、44.11%,重度老年性聾患者的單音節(jié)詞、安靜及噪聲下語(yǔ)句(SNR=5)的識(shí)別率改善值分別為37.51%、48.47%、50.17%,中、重度老年性聾患者助聽(tīng)前后言語(yǔ)識(shí)別率平均改善值差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中、重老年性聾患者IOI-HA整體得分均在15~34,對(duì)助聽(tīng)器使用效果滿意度較高,且中度與重度老年性聾患者IOIHA得分差值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中度、重度老年性聾患者對(duì)安靜下語(yǔ)句聆聽(tīng)效果滿意度高,對(duì)單音節(jié)詞的聆聽(tīng)效果低,對(duì)噪聲下語(yǔ)句聆聽(tīng)效果,中度比重度老年性聾患者滿意度高。結(jié)論:言語(yǔ)測(cè)聽(tīng)是評(píng)估助聽(tīng)器效果的常用手段;IOI-HA耗時(shí)短、可操作性強(qiáng),可作為評(píng)估助聽(tīng)器效果及滿意度的主觀手段,并且不受耳聾程度影響;多種評(píng)估方法相結(jié)合對(duì)佩戴助聽(tīng)器的預(yù)期效果及后期助聽(tīng)器調(diào)試有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of hearing aid on elderly deaf patients. Methods: the speech recognition rate of hearing aid international questionnaire (IOI-HA) and moderate sound intensity (65dBSPL) were used to evaluate the effect and satisfaction of hearing aids in patients with moderate and severe deafness. Results: before and after hearing aid, the recognition rate of monosyllabic words, quiet and noisy sentences (SNR=5) was 31.15%, 23.21% and 44.11%, respectively. the recognition rate of monosyllabic words, quiet and noisy statements (SNR=5) in patients with severe deafness was 37.51%, 48.47%, 50.17%, respectively. There was significant difference in the average improvement of speech recognition rate before and after hearing aid in patients with severe senile deafness (P 0.05). The overall score of IOI-HA in patients with severe senile deafness was 15 鈮，
