【摘要】：目的觀察中醫(yī)辨證聯(lián)合愛麗治療白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥患者的效果。方法將白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥患者92例隨機分為對照組和觀察組各46例,對照組給予愛麗滴眼液治療,觀察組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上給予中醫(yī)辨證治療,療程均為6周,觀察2組治療后的臨床療效。結(jié)果觀察組臨床治療總有效率明顯高于對照組(P0.05);治療后2組SchirmerⅠtest及BUT均較治療前明顯改善(P均0.05),且觀察組改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論中醫(yī)辨證聯(lián)合愛麗治療白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼癥較單純西醫(yī)治療能明顯提高臨床療效,改善SchirmerⅠtest及BUT。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Eli in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods 92 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and observation group (n = 46).
