[Abstract]:Positive transverse sinus stenosis has been proved to be closely related to partial pulsatile tinnitus, intracranial hypertension and the occurrence and development of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. In 1997, Mathis et al. ([1]) first reported a patient with tinnitus derived from venous sinus stenosis treated with stents. Since then, there have been few related studies at home and abroad. A case of intracranial hypertension and pulsatile tinnitus secondary to transverse sinus stenosis was successfully treated with stenting. 1 male, 45 years old.
