【摘要】：目的觀察鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療突發(fā)性聾的療效。方法回顧性分析2013年11月至2015年2月期間診治的124例單側(cè)突發(fā)性聾患者的臨床資料,其中,治療組59例,對照組65例,根據(jù)不同的聽閾曲線,兩組患者又進(jìn)一步分為低中頻下降型、中高頻下降型、平坦型、全聾型4個亞組。對照組依據(jù)不同聽力曲線類型給予相應(yīng)的常規(guī)治療,治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,輔予鼠神經(jīng)生長因子肌肉注射,療程均為10天,比較兩組及各亞組間治療后的總有效率。結(jié)果治療組總有效率為64.41%(38/59),對照組總有效率為44.62%(29/65),治療組的總有效率高于對照組(χ~2=4.877,P=0.0320.05)。治療組低中頻下降型、中高頻下降型、平坦型、全聾型患者的有效率分別為82.35%、42.1%、72.27%、66.67%,對照組分別為61.11%、28.57%、50%、41.67%,兩組間各聽力曲線亞組間的療效差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為1.933、0.803、1.326、1.510,均為P0.05)。治療過程中兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論鼠神經(jīng)生長因子治療突發(fā)性聾有較好的臨床療效,且對各型聽閾曲線的突發(fā)性聾均有效,無不良反應(yīng),是一種治療突發(fā)性聾安全有效的藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of nerve growth factor in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods the clinical data of 124 patients with unilateral sudden deafness diagnosed and treated from November 2013 to February 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. among them, 59 patients in the treatment group and 65 patients in the control group were treated according to different hearing threshold curves. The patients in the two groups were further divided into four subgroup: low intermediate frequency descending type, middle and high frequency descending type, flat type and total deaf type. The control group was given the corresponding routine treatment according to different hearing curve types. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was supplemented with nerve growth factor intramuscular injection for 10 days. The total effective rate after treatment between the two groups and each subgroup was compared. Results the total effective rate was 64.41% (38 鹵59) in the treatment group and 44.62% (29 鹵65) in the control group.
