【摘要】：正患者女性,28歲。因雙眼癢、紅、異物感明顯就診。裂隙燈顯微鏡下,可見睫毛根部皮膚充血、鱗屑,毛囊口擴張且隆起,根部的套袖樣分泌物尚不明顯,旋轉(zhuǎn)睫毛后睫毛根部螨蟲被擠壓出毛囊而明顯暴露(圖A),活體激光共聚焦顯微鏡觀察睫毛根部,可見成堆排列的蠕形螨蟲體(圖B)。
[Abstract]:The positive patient is 28 years old. Because of itchy eyes, red, foreign feeling obvious medical treatment. Under slit lamp microscope, it can be seen that the skin of eyelashes root is congested, scales, hair follicles dilate and bulge, and the sleeve-like secretions of roots are not obvious. After rotating eyelashes, the ciliary root mites are squeezed out of the hair follicles and exposed obviously (figure A),). The root of eyelashes was observed by laser confocal microscope in vivo, and piles of Demodex were seen (Fig. B).
