【摘要】：聽力損失嚴(yán)重影響社交能力。對(duì)聽障人群早期發(fā)現(xiàn)、早期診斷、早期治療和康復(fù)就顯得格外重要。目前,新生兒聽力篩查技術(shù)已經(jīng)不斷完善,對(duì)聽障兒童的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和早期診斷已經(jīng)取得顯著成就,但是對(duì)重度和極重度耳聾患兒的早期治療即人工耳蝸植入及康復(fù)卻任重而道遠(yuǎn)。如何更好地提高人工耳蝸植入患兒的聽覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)療效成為重中之重。本文就人工耳蝸植入患兒聽覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)方法、康復(fù)療效評(píng)估方法、影響因素及目前存在問(wèn)題和展望作出如下綜述。
[Abstract]:Hearing loss seriously affects social ability. Early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and rehabilitation are particularly important for hearing impaired people. At present, neonatal hearing screening technology has been continuously improved, and the early detection and early diagnosis of children with hearing impairment have made remarkable achievements. However, the early treatment of severe and extremely severe deafness, namely cochlear implantation and rehabilitation, has a long way to go. How to improve the effect of cochlear implantation in children with auditory and verbal rehabilitation has become a top priority. This article reviews the methods of auditory and verbal rehabilitation, the evaluation of rehabilitation effect, the influencing factors, the existing problems and the prospect of cochlear implantation in children with cochlear implantation.
