【摘要】：目的:對(duì)阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)和高血壓的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行探討。方法:選擇90例OSAHS患者,其中合并高血壓征54例成立觀察組,其余36例為單純OSAHS成立對(duì)照組。針對(duì)兩組開(kāi)展持續(xù)正壓通氣CPAP治療,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比。結(jié)果:觀察組患者睡眠呼吸短暫性暫停與低通氣指數(shù)(51.4±25.4),對(duì)照組為(37.2±24.1),相對(duì)于對(duì)照組,觀察組睡眠呼吸短暫性暫停與低通氣指數(shù)更高(P0.05)。觀察組平均脈搏氧飽和度(91.2±6.1),對(duì)照組平均脈搏氧飽和度(95.7±5.9),觀察組平均脈搏氧飽和度低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組體重指數(shù)(28.2±3.3),對(duì)照組體重指數(shù)(28.4±3.0),兩組體重指數(shù)對(duì)比差異不顯著(P0.05)。CPAP治療后,觀察組54例患者中血壓降至正常39例,高血壓癥狀獲得改善15例。結(jié)論:OSAHS患者同時(shí)伴有高血壓時(shí),OSAHS和高血壓之間存在密切關(guān)系,開(kāi)展CPAP治療后血壓癥狀能夠獲得顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between (OSAHS) and hypertension in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: ninety patients with OSAHS were selected. 54 patients with hypertension were selected as observation group and 36 patients as control group with simple OSAHS. The two groups were treated with continuous positive pressure ventilation (CPAP), and the data were compared. Results: the index of sleep apnea and hypopnea was (51.4 鹵25.4) in the observation group and (37.2 鹵24.1) in the control group. Compared with the control group, the sleep apnea and hypopnea index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The mean pulse oxygen saturation was (91.2 鹵6.1) in the observation group and (95.7 鹵5.9) in the control group. The mean pulse oxygen saturation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The body mass index (BMI) of the observation group (28.2 鹵3.3) and the control group (28.4 鹵3.0) were not significantly different between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment with). CPAP, the blood pressure of 54 patients in the observation group decreased to normal in 39 cases. The symptoms of hypertension were improved in 15 cases. Conclusion: there is a close relationship between OSAHS and hypertension in patients with OSAHS accompanied by hypertension, and the blood pressure symptoms can be significantly improved after CPAP treatment.
