【摘要】：目的評價高度近視合并白內(nèi)障行超聲乳化摘出及后房折疊型人工晶狀體植入術(shù)的療效。方法對46例(77眼)高度近視合并白內(nèi)障患者施行透明角膜切口超聲乳化吸出術(shù),通過3.2 mm切口植入后房折疊型人工晶狀體。于術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月隨訪復(fù)查,比較手術(shù)前后最佳矯正視力、球鏡度數(shù)、柱鏡度數(shù)、角膜曲率、角膜內(nèi)皮細胞計數(shù)和眼軸長度的變化。結(jié)果手術(shù)均順利完成,人工晶狀體100%囊袋內(nèi)植入。術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月最佳矯正視力≥0.5者分別有59眼、60眼、65眼和65眼。術(shù)后6個月患者球鏡度數(shù)、柱鏡度數(shù)、角膜曲率、眼軸長度、角膜內(nèi)皮細胞計數(shù)分別為(-1.04±0.59)D、(-0.23±1.14)D、(43.72±1.16)D、(28.46±1.77)mm、(2041±825)個·mm-2。與術(shù)前相比,球鏡度數(shù)、角膜內(nèi)皮細胞計數(shù)兩項差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲乳化摘出及后房折疊型人工晶狀體植入術(shù)治療高度近視合并白內(nèi)障效果良好,術(shù)后視力恢復(fù)快、屈光狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens implantation for high myopia with cataract. Methods 46 cases (77 eyes) of high myopia complicated with cataract were treated with phacoemulsification through transparent corneal incision. Posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens (IOL) was implanted through 3.2 mm incision. At 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), the degree of ball lens, the degree of pillar lens, the corneal curvature, the number of corneal endothelial cells and the length of the eye axis were compared before and after operation.
