后位聚焦口腔共鳴障礙對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童嗓音的影響

【摘要】:目的探討后位聚焦口腔共鳴障礙對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童嗓音的影響。方法選取15例3~6歲存在后位聚焦口腔共鳴障礙的聽(tīng)障兒童(共鳴障礙組),20例3~6歲無(wú)口腔共鳴障礙的聽(tīng)障兒童(對(duì)照組),使用嗓音疾病評(píng)估儀分別對(duì)兩組對(duì)象發(fā)/錥/音時(shí)的嗓音進(jìn)行聲學(xué)分析,比較兩組的基頻(F0)、基頻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(F0SD)、基頻微擾(jitter)、振幅微擾(shimmer)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化噪聲能量(NNE)。結(jié)果對(duì)照組F0、F0SD、jitter、shimmer、NNE值分別為323.52±45.73Hz、5.35±3.38 Hz、0.27%±0.16%、2.53%±0.84%、-16.03±3.16dB;共鳴障礙組分別為328.44±89.41Hz、8.59±7.42Hz、0.74%±0.79%、4.48%±1.44%、-14.92±7.27dB,其中jitter、shimmer值顯著大于對(duì)照組(P0.05);共鳴障礙組兒童主要表現(xiàn)為功能亢進(jìn)型嗓音障礙,shimmer值異常率最大(86.67%,13/15),其次是F0(66.67%,10/15)、jitter(53.33%,8/15)和F0SD的異常率(53.33%,8/15),異常率最小的是NNE(20%,3/15)。結(jié)論后位聚焦口腔共鳴障礙聽(tīng)障兒童的嗓音異常率較高,主要以jitter、shimmer值升高為主,主要表現(xiàn)為功能亢進(jìn)型嗓音障礙。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of posterior focus oral resonance disorder on the voice of children with hearing impairment. Methods Fifteen cases of hearing impaired children aged 3 to 6 years with posterior focus oral resonance disorder (Resonance Disorder group) and 20 children aged 3 to 6 years without oral resonance disorder (control group) were selected. The voice of two groups were analyzed by using the voice disease assessment instrument. The fundamental frequency (F 0), the fundamental frequency standard deviation (F0SD) and the fundamental frequency perturbation (jitter),) were compared between the two groups. Amplitude perturbation (shimmer) and standardized noise energy (NNE). Results the NNE values of the control group were 323.52 鹵45.73 Hz,0.27% 鹵3.38 Hz,0.27% 鹵0.16 鹵2.53% 鹵0.84 鹵16.03 鹵3.16 dB, respectively. In the Resonance Disorder group, the values of jitter,shimmer were 328.44 鹵89.41 Hz, 8.59 鹵7.42 Hz, 0.74% 鹵0.79, 4.48% 鹵1.44% and 14.92 鹵7.27 dB, respectively, and the jitter,shimmer value was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). In the resonance disorder group, the children with hyperfunctional voice disorder had the highest abnormal rate of shimmer (86.67 / 13 / 15), followed by F0 (66.6710 / 15 / 15 / 53.33). The abnormal rate of 8 / 15 and F0SD (53.33 / 15) was lowest in NNE (20 / 3 / 15). Conclusion the abnormal rate of voice in children with oral resonance disorder and hearing impairment in posterior focus is higher, mainly in the increase of jitter,shimmer value, and it is mainly characterized by hyperfunctional voice disorder.
