飛秒激光輔助LASIK治療高角膜前表面屈光力近視患者術(shù)后角膜生物力學(xué)觀察
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of corneal biomechanics in patients with high anterior surface refractive myopia treated with femtosecond laser assisted LASIK. Methods Sixty-four eyes of 64 patients with high corneal anterior surface refraction myopia were divided into experimental group and control group according to ORBSCAN corneal topography. The refractive power of the anterior corneal surface was 47 D in the experimental group (n = 32) and in the control group (n = 52). The patients in both groups were treated with femtosecond laser assisted LASIK operation. The refractive power of the anterior surface of cornea was observed 3 and 6 months before operation, and the corneal compensation intraocular pressure, Goldmann related intraocular pressure and corneal resistance factor were measured by eye response analyzer. Corneal hysteresis and central corneal thickness were measured by ultrasound. Results the corneal thickness, ORA and refractive power of anterior corneal surface in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation (P0.05). Conclusion Femtosecond laser assisted LASIK surgery in the treatment of patients with simple corneal anterior surface refractive power 47D but normal posterior corneal surface height and normal corneal thickness, the biomechanical measurements of cornea were basically stable 3 months after operation. 6 months after operation, corneal biomechanics and normal corneal anterior surface refraction were basically the same.
