鼻咽拭子EB病毒DNA檢測(cè)在鼻咽癌診斷中的價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的探討EB病毒(EBV)-DNA檢測(cè)方法及其在鼻咽癌(NPC)早期診斷中的價(jià)值。方法應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)熒光定量檢測(cè)185例疑診NPC患者鼻咽拭子及外周血EBV-DNA,并進(jìn)行比較分析。185例疑診NPC患者最終病理確診為NPC 141例(NPC組),其余44例為非NPC組。結(jié)果 2組患者鼻咽拭子EB病毒DNA檢測(cè)的陽(yáng)性率均較外周血檢測(cè)的陽(yáng)性率高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;鼻咽拭子EBV-DNA檢測(cè)在2組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);外周血EBV-DNA檢測(cè)在2組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻咽拭子EBV-DNA檢測(cè)較外周血更為敏感,有助于NPC的早期診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection method of EB virus (EBV)-DNA and its value in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) (NPC). Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) fluorescence quantitative detection of nasopharyngeal swabs and peripheral blood EBV-DNA, in 185 patients with suspected NPC was performed. The final pathological diagnosis of 185 patients with suspected NPC was NPC (NPC group), while the remaining 44 cases were non-NPC group. Results the positive rate of nasopharyngeal swab EB virus DNA in both groups was higher than that in peripheral blood, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the detection of peripheral blood EBV-DNA (P0.05). Conclusion the detection of nasopharyngeal swab EBV-DNA is more sensitive than that of peripheral blood, which is helpful for the early diagnosis of NPC.
