【摘要】：目的探討老年突發(fā)性耳聾患者血清可溶性血管細(xì)胞黏附分子(s VCAM)-1水平及其影響因素。方法選擇老年突發(fā)性耳聾患者50例作為突發(fā)性耳聾組,同期年齡匹配的老年無突發(fā)性耳聾者50例作為對照組。采用ELISA法測定血清s VCAM-1水平。結(jié)果老年突發(fā)性耳聾組血清s VCAM-1水平高于對照組(P0.05);老年突發(fā)性耳聾患者中男性患者和女性比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),有并發(fā)癥患者血清s VCAM-1水平高于無并發(fā)癥患者(P0.05),有上呼吸道感染史患者高于無上呼吸道感染史患者(P0.05),生活習(xí)慣規(guī)律患者和生活習(xí)慣不規(guī)律患者、飲酒患者和不飲酒患者、吸煙患者和不吸煙患者及不同程度耳聾患者血清s VCAM-1水平比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年突發(fā)性耳聾患者血清s VCAM-1升高,其水平與合并心、腦血管并發(fā)癥及上呼吸道感染有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule (s VCAM)-1) and its influencing factors in elderly patients with sudden deafness. Methods 50 elderly patients with sudden deafness were selected as the sudden deafness group, and 50 aged patients without sudden deafness as the control group. Serum s VCAM-1 levels were measured by ELISA method. Results the level of serum s VCAM-1 in the elderly patients with sudden deafness was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female in elderly patients with sudden deafness (P0.05). The serum s VCAM-1 level in patients with complications was higher than that in patients without complications (P0.05). Patients with history of upper respiratory tract infection were higher than those with no history of upper respiratory tract infection (P0.05), patients with regular living habits and irregular living habits, drinkers and non-drinkers, There was no significant difference in serum s VCAM-1 levels between smoking patients and non smoking patients and deafness patients with different degrees of deafness (P0.05). Conclusion the level of serum s VCAM-1 in elderly patients with sudden deafness is increased, which is related to the complication of heart, cerebrovascular disease and upper respiratory tract infection.
