影響語前聾患兒人工耳蝸植入術(shù)后前語言交流能力的因素分析

【摘要】:目的探討影響語前聾患兒人工耳蝸植入術(shù)后前語言交流能力的相關(guān)因素。方法對(duì)接受人工耳蝸植入術(shù)的語前聾患兒31例進(jìn)行隨訪調(diào)查,平均植入年齡為46.71±24.78月,術(shù)后1個(gè)月開機(jī)進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練;采用視頻分析法于開機(jī)后12個(gè)月對(duì)患兒的輪流交流、主動(dòng)交流、視覺交流及聽覺注意等進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)以下方面分組:按植入年齡分為≤36個(gè)月組16例,36個(gè)月組15例;按術(shù)前有無正規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練(時(shí)間超過3個(gè)月)分為康復(fù)組14例,未康復(fù)組17例;按術(shù)前殘余聽力分為≤80dB HL組6例,80dB HL組25例;按術(shù)前是否使用助聽器(時(shí)間超過3個(gè)月)分為使用組21例,未使用組10例。應(yīng)用Wilcoxon秩和檢驗(yàn)分析各組前語言交流能力的差別。結(jié)果術(shù)前進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練、術(shù)前佩戴助聽器、術(shù)前殘余聽力好的人工耳蝸植入患兒的前語言交流能力得分高于術(shù)前未進(jìn)行康復(fù)訓(xùn)練、術(shù)前未佩戴助聽器、術(shù)前殘余聽力差的人工耳蝸植入患兒(P0.05);植入年齡≤36個(gè)月組與36個(gè)月組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論術(shù)前殘余聽力好、佩戴助聽器、進(jìn)行過正規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的語前聾患兒人工耳蝸植入術(shù)后其前語言交流能力較好,而植入年齡對(duì)其無明顯影響。
