【摘要】：目的：檢測(cè)EOS分布情況和Eotaxin在鼻息肉組織中的表達(dá)，探討其在阿司匹林三聯(lián)征發(fā)病過程中的作用及意義。方法：取94例鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)患者鼻息肉組織（其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組1ST患者34例，實(shí)驗(yàn)組2CRSwNP合并哮喘患者30例，對(duì)照組CRSwNP患者30例），應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法及HE染色檢測(cè)Eotaxin的表達(dá)和EOS的分布，以SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：EOS在三組患者鼻息肉組織中均大量浸潤(rùn)，分布部位不同，EOS總計(jì)數(shù)均數(shù)分別為80.02±6.11、76.62±5.22、65.97±4.78，，三組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P1、P2＜0.05，P3＞0.05）；Eotaxin在實(shí)驗(yàn)組1、2及對(duì)照組均有陽性表達(dá)，三組陽性表達(dá)計(jì)數(shù)呈遞減性，兩兩比較且其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(1）P2）3）、P、P＜0.05)。結(jié)論：EOS的高度聚集浸潤(rùn)是阿司匹林三聯(lián)征重要的病理表現(xiàn)，Eotaxin的高表達(dá)在阿司匹林三聯(lián)征患者的呼吸道炎癥反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要的作用；Eotaxin為阿司匹林三聯(lián)征患者鼻息肉多發(fā)和易復(fù)發(fā)提供了炎癥基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the distribution of EOS and the expression of Eotaxin in nasal polyps, and to explore the role and significance of Eotaxin in the pathogenesis of aspirin triple syndrome. Methods: the expression of Eotaxin and the distribution of EOS were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and HE staining in 94 cases of nasal polyps (34 cases of experimental group with 1ST, 30 cases of experimental group with 2CRSwNP combined with asthma and 30 cases of control group). The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: EOS was infiltrated in nasal polyps in all three groups, and the distribution of EOS was different. The mean of EOS was 80.02 鹵6.1176.62 鹵5.2265.97 鹵4.78, respectively. The difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P1P _ 2 < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the three groups (P _ (1) P _ (2) < 0.05). P3 > 0.05); The positive expression of Eotaxin was found in both experimental group (1) and control group (P < 0. 05). The number of positive expression in the three groups was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (1) P2) 3 (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the high aggregation and infiltration of EOS is an important pathological manifestation of aspirin triple sign. The high expression of Eotaxin plays an important role in the respiratory tract inflammation in patients with aspirin triple syndrome. Eotaxin provides an inflammatory basis for multiple nasal polyps and easy recurrence in patients with triple aspirin syndrome.
