【摘要】：核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子NF-E2相關(guān)因子2(Nrf2)介導的抗氧化還原通路在細胞氧化應激損傷過程中起到重要的保護作用。在氧化應激的刺激下,Nrf2可以啟動多種細胞保護性基因的表達從而維持細胞穩(wěn)態(tài)。因此,在治療氧化應激損傷的疾病時,藥物誘導Nrf2通路表達上調(diào)成為了一個新的研究方向。我們主要從視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)細胞和視網(wǎng)膜血管內(nèi)皮細胞兩個方面總結(jié)了Nrf2在視網(wǎng)膜病變中的細胞保護作用的相關(guān)研究進展。
[Abstract]:The antioxidant reduction pathway mediated by nuclear transcription factor NF-E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2) plays an important role in the process of cell oxidative stress injury. Under the stimulation of oxidative stress, Nrf2 can activate the expression of a variety of cell protective genes to maintain cell homeostasis. Therefore, drug-induced up-regulation of Nrf2 pathway has become a new research direction in the treatment of oxidative stress injury. We summarized the progress in the cytoprotection of Nrf2 in retinopathy from two aspects: retinal nerve cells and retinal vascular endothelial cells.
