NF-E2相關(guān)因子2對視網(wǎng)膜細(xì)胞保護(hù)作用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子NF-E2相關(guān)因子2(Nrf2)介導(dǎo)的抗氧化還原通路在細(xì)胞氧化應(yīng)激損傷過程中起到重要的保護(hù)作用。在氧化應(yīng)激的刺激下,Nrf2可以啟動多種細(xì)胞保護(hù)性基因的表達(dá)從而維持細(xì)胞穩(wěn)態(tài)。因此,在治療氧化應(yīng)激損傷的疾病時,藥物誘導(dǎo)Nrf2通路表達(dá)上調(diào)成為了一個新的研究方向。我們主要從視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)細(xì)胞和視網(wǎng)膜血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞兩個方面總結(jié)了Nrf2在視網(wǎng)膜病變中的細(xì)胞保護(hù)作用的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The antioxidant reduction pathway mediated by nuclear transcription factor NF-E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2) plays an important role in the process of cell oxidative stress injury. Under the stimulation of oxidative stress, Nrf2 can activate the expression of a variety of cell protective genes to maintain cell homeostasis. Therefore, drug-induced up-regulation of Nrf2 pathway has become a new research direction in the treatment of oxidative stress injury. We summarized the progress in the cytoprotection of Nrf2 in retinopathy from two aspects: retinal nerve cells and retinal vascular endothelial cells.
