【摘要】：目的探討海南地區(qū)基層復明行動中剝脫綜合征硬核性白內(nèi)障手法小切口非超聲乳化手術中并發(fā)癥處理的效果。方法應用手法小切口非超聲乳化手術治療剝脫綜合征硬核性白內(nèi)障62例(62眼),針對術中出現(xiàn)的小瞳孔、虹膜粘連、硬核、懸韌帶薄弱斷離、娩核困難、后囊膜破裂等難點及并發(fā)癥進行處理,觀察手術的效果與處理的復雜性。結果術前視力0.1-0.3者17眼(27.42%),視力0.1者45眼(72.58%);術后裸眼視力≥0.1者56眼(90.32%),其中,視力≥0.3者49眼(79.03%)。術中晶體全脫位行人工晶體縫線固定術3眼,囊膜破裂玻璃體脫出4眼行人工晶體睫狀溝植入,人工晶體植入率100%;術后角膜水腫1級12眼(19.35%),2級7眼(11.29%),無3級以上角膜水腫。結論在基層醫(yī)院應用小切口非超聲乳化手術處理剝脫綜合征硬核性白內(nèi)障,并發(fā)癥少、復明效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of non-phacoemulsification in the small incision of hard-nuclear cataract extraction in primary rehabilitation in Hainan area. Methods 62 cases (62 eyes) of hard nucleus cataract with exfoliation syndrome were treated with manual small incision non-phacoemulsification. The difficulty and complication of posterior capsule rupture were treated, the effect of operation and the complexity of management were observed.
