【摘要】：年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性(AMD)屬難治性眼病,是老年人視力不可逆性損害的首要原因。近年來,越來越多的實驗和臨床研究資料表明,AMD與自身免疫的缺陷,免疫炎癥對自身組織的攻擊和炎癥細(xì)胞因子的參與有密切關(guān)系。此文就近年AMD的分子免疫研究成果予以綜述,揭示分子免疫對闡釋AMD的機制及其防治具有重要的意義和前景。
[Abstract]:Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a refractory ophthalmopathy and the primary cause of irreversible visual impairment in the elderly. In recent years, more and more experimental and clinical data show that AMD is closely related to autoimmune defects, immune inflammation attacks on their own tissues and the involvement of inflammatory cytokines. This paper reviews the recent research achievements in molecular immunity of AMD and reveals that molecular immunity has important significance and prospect in explaining the mechanism of AMD and its prevention and treatment.
