玻璃體切割手術(shù)時機選擇對眼外傷預(yù)后的影響

【摘要】：目的分析玻璃體切割手術(shù)時機選擇對眼外傷預(yù)后的影響。方法選取我院就診的150例單眼外傷并行玻璃體切割手術(shù)患者作為研究對象,對所有患者行玻璃體切割手術(shù)的時機和預(yù)后進行分析。結(jié)果本研究150例患眼中,手術(shù)后視力較手術(shù)前提高者124眼(82.67%),視力不變23眼(15.33%),視力下降3眼(2.00%)。150例患眼術(shù)后共治愈117例,治愈率為78.00%�；颊咴谕鈧�7 d內(nèi)行玻璃體手術(shù)者有39例,治愈率為69.23%;7~14 d內(nèi)行玻璃體手術(shù)者有48例,治愈率為93.75%;15~21 d內(nèi)行玻璃體手術(shù)者有36例,治愈率為75.00%;30 d行玻璃體手術(shù)者有27例,治愈率為66.67%。與其他治療時間比較,7~14 d內(nèi)行玻璃體手術(shù)患者的治愈率較高(P0.05)。外傷后7~14 d內(nèi)1次手術(shù)視網(wǎng)膜復(fù)位成功率明顯高于其他時間段(P0.05);外傷后30 d 2次/多次手術(shù)復(fù)位成功率明顯高于其他時間段(P0.05)。外傷后7 d內(nèi)39眼中34眼(87.18%)眼球保留,7~14 d 48眼中47眼(97.92%)眼球保留,15~21 d 36眼中33眼(91.67%)眼球保留,30 d 27眼中19眼(70.37%)眼球保留,外傷后7~14 d內(nèi)的眼球保留率明顯高于其他時間段(P0.05)。結(jié)論眼外傷后7~14 d是玻璃體切割手術(shù)的最好時機,盡早行玻璃體切割手術(shù),可以最大程度提高手術(shù)視網(wǎng)膜復(fù)位率和眼球保存率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of vitrectomy timing on the prognosis of ocular trauma. Methods 150 patients with single eye trauma and vitrectomy were selected as the study objects. The timing and prognosis of vitrectomy were analyzed. Results the visual acuity was improved in 124 eyes (82.67%), the visual acuity was unchanged in 23 eyes (15.33%), and the visual acuity was decreased in 3 eyes (2.00%). The cure rate was 78.00. There were 39 cases of vitreous surgery within 7 days after trauma, 48 cases of vitreous surgery within 714 days and 36 cases of vitreous surgery within 15 21 days. The cure rate was 75.00%. There were 27 cases of vitreous surgery in 30 days and the cure rate was 66. 67%. Compared with other treatment time, the cure rate of vitreous surgery patients within 14 days was higher (P0.05). The success rate of retinal reattachment in 1 operation was significantly higher than that in other time periods (P0.05), and the successful rate of reattachment twice / multiple times in 30 days after trauma was significantly higher than that in other time periods (P0.05). Within 7 days, 34 eyes (87.18%), 47 eyes (97.92%), 33 eyes (91.67%) and 19 eyes (70.37%), respectively. The eyeball retention rate was significantly higher within 14 days after trauma than in other time periods (P0.05). Conclusion Vitrectomy is the best time for vitrectomy at 7d and 14d after ocular trauma. Vitrectomy can improve retinal reattachment rate and eyeball preservation rate.
