【摘要】：探索改良的經(jīng)鼻內(nèi)窺鏡鼻丘徑路治療慢性額竇炎的手術(shù)方法。對安徽省合肥市第二人民醫(yī)院2014年1月~2015年9月的61例慢性額竇炎的患者分為兩組,觀察組31例行鼻內(nèi)窺鏡下改良的鼻丘徑路額竇開放術(shù),對照組30例行鼻內(nèi)窺鏡下鉤突徑路額竇開放術(shù),術(shù)后隨訪6月~12月,收集資料,比較兩組療效及并發(fā)癥。鼻內(nèi)窺鏡下改良的鼻丘徑路額竇開放術(shù)的療效和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均優(yōu)于鉤突徑路額竇開放術(shù)(P0.05)。鼻內(nèi)窺鏡下改良的鼻丘徑路額竇開放術(shù)對額隱窩和額竇的暴露較好,術(shù)中視野開闊,術(shù)后粘連較少,額竇和額隱窩引流通暢,手術(shù)效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a modified endoscopic approach for the treatment of chronic frontal sinusitis. From January 2014 to September 2015, 61 patients with chronic frontal sinusitis in Hefei second people's Hospital of Anhui Province were divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were followed up from 6 months to 12 months to collect the data and compare the curative effect and complications of the two groups. The curative effect and complication rate of the modified approach to frontal sinus under nasal endoscope were better than that of the approach of uncinate approach (P0.05). Under the nasal endoscope, the modified approach of frontal sinus was better in exposing the frontal recess and frontal sinus, the visual field was wide, the postoperative adhesion was less, the drainage of frontal sinus and frontal recess was unobstructed, and the operation effect was good.
