【摘要】：正女性,31歲。因右眼突然視力下降10天于2013年12月23日來診。否認(rèn)以前眼病史。眼科檢查:矯正視力:右眼0.25(-2.0 DS),左眼1.0(-2.5 DS)。右眼前節(jié)未見異常,玻璃體內(nèi)有少量顆粒狀細(xì)胞。眼底:右眼黃斑區(qū)中心凹顳上可見一個(gè)1/2PD陳舊性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜萎縮灶,其余未見異
[Abstract]:Female, 31. Due to sudden right eye vision drop 10 days on December 23, 2013. Deny a history of previous eye disease. Eye examination: corrected visual acuity: right eye 0.25 (-2.0 DS),) left eye 1.0 (-2.5 DS).) There were no abnormalities in the right anterior segment and a small number of granular cells in the vitreous body. Fundus: a 1/2PD old choroidal and retinal atrophy can be seen in the fovea temporalis of the macular area of the right eye, but no difference is found in the rest.
