【摘要】：糖尿病角膜病變是糖尿病患者常見的眼表疾病,也是糖尿病患者失明的原因之一。多種生長因子在糖尿病角膜病變中通過不同途徑、不同機(jī)制發(fā)揮重要作用。目前,關(guān)于生長因子對糖尿病角膜病變進(jìn)展的研究大多是在體外培養(yǎng)和動物實(shí)驗(yàn)中進(jìn)行,也有少量的臨床試驗(yàn)。本文回顧了生長因子在維持角膜正常結(jié)構(gòu)和功能及角膜上皮愈合過程中所起的作用,并提出其可能成為臨床上治療糖尿病角膜病變的方法。
[Abstract]:Diabetic keratopathy is a common ocular surface disease in diabetic patients and one of the causes of blindness in diabetic patients. Multiple growth factors play an important role in diabetic keratopathy through different pathways and mechanisms. At present, most of the studies on the progress of diabetic keratopathy by growth factor are carried out in vitro culture and animal experiments, and there are a few clinical trials. This paper reviews the role of growth factor in maintaining the normal structure and function of the cornea and in the process of corneal epithelial healing, and points out that it may be a clinical method for the treatment of diabetic keratopathy.
