【摘要】：目的了解唐山市嬰幼兒淚囊炎患兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)嬰幼兒淚囊炎的認(rèn)知情況及其影響因素,為開展健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法使用方便抽樣方法,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的問卷,選取2015年3—9月在唐山市婦幼保健院確診為嬰幼兒淚囊炎患兒的監(jiān)護(hù)人480人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果嬰幼兒淚囊炎患兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)10個(gè)嬰幼兒淚囊炎知識(shí)的總的知識(shí)知曉率為32.98%,對(duì)確診淚囊炎要及時(shí)治療(99.38%)、定期復(fù)查的重要性(98.75%)、手術(shù)治療的重要性(58.13%)等知識(shí)了解較多,其余淚囊炎知識(shí)知曉率都在15%以下。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,居住在城市(OR=3.485,95%CI:2.234~5.461)、大專及以上文化程度(OR=3.617,95%CI:2.412~5.745)、家庭月收入在5000元以上(OR=3.212,95%CI:1.973~4.624)、機(jī)關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位(OR=5.263,95%CI:3.082~8.361)的患兒家長(zhǎng)嬰幼兒淚囊炎知識(shí)得分較高。結(jié)論唐山市嬰幼兒淚囊炎患兒家長(zhǎng)的嬰幼兒淚囊炎知識(shí)知曉率較低,應(yīng)針對(duì)其影響因素開展有相應(yīng)的健康教育和行為干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition and influencing factors of dacryocystitis among parents of children with dacryocystitis in Tangshan City, and to provide scientific basis for health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 480 guardians of children with dacryocystitis diagnosed in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March to September 2015. Results the total knowledge of dacryocystitis was 32.98% among the parents of children with dacryocystitis. It was important to treat the diagnosed dacryocystitis in time (99.38%) and to check up regularly (98.75%). The importance of surgical treatment (58.13%) and other knowledge of dacryocystitis were well known, and the awareness rate of other dacryocystitis was less than 15%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that living in the city (OR=3.485,95%CI:2.234~5.461), college education (OR=3.617,95%CI:2.412~5.745), family monthly income above 5000 yuan (OR=3.212,95%CI:1.973~4.624), The knowledge of infant dacryocystitis was higher in parents of OR=5.263,95%CI:3.082~8.361. Conclusion the awareness rate of dacryocystitis knowledge among parents of children with dacryocystitis in Tangshan is low, and health education and behavioral intervention should be carried out according to its influencing factors.
