【摘要】：目的 探討糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑結(jié)合枸地氯雷他定片治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 120例變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為觀(guān)察組和對(duì)照組,各60例。對(duì)照組患者給予糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑結(jié)合鹽酸西替利嗪片進(jìn)行治療;觀(guān)察組患者采用糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑結(jié)合枸地氯雷他定片進(jìn)行治療。兩組患者在接受為期2個(gè)月的治療后,比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果 觀(guān)察組治療后0分22例、占比36.7%,1分18例、占比30.0%,2分13例、占比21.7%,3分7例、占比11.7%,治療總有效率為88.3%;對(duì)照組治療后0分12例、占比20.0%,1分13例、占比21.7%,2分11例、占比18.3%,3分24例、占比40.0%,治療總有效率為60.0%。觀(guān)察組總有效率高于對(duì)照組,組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 臨床上在治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者時(shí),可以采用糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑結(jié)合枸地氯雷他定片治療的方法 ,此法能有效改善患者治療效果,提高預(yù)后質(zhì)量,獲得理想的治療效果,值得在臨床上大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with citric desloratadine tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, while the patients in the observation group were treated with momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with clocloatadine tablet. Two groups of patients were treated for 2 months and the results were compared. Results in the observation group, there were 22 cases (36.7%), 18 cases (1 minute), 30.0% (13 cases), 2min (13 cases), 21.7m (21.7m), 7 cases (3 minutes) and 11.7m (11.7%) in the observation group. The total effective rate of the treatment was 88.3%. In the control group, there were 12 cases (20.0%), 13 cases (1 point), 20.7% (11 cases), 18.3% (11 cases), 24 cases (3 minutes) and 40.0% (24 cases) in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment was 60.0%. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, we can treat patients with allergic rhinitis with momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with clodesloratadine tablet. This method can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of prognosis in patients with allergic rhinitis. To obtain ideal therapeutic effect, it is worth popularizing in clinic.
