【摘要】：目的探討基于云平臺(tái)的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療對(duì)阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)患者持續(xù)氣道正壓通氣(CPAP)治療依從性的影響。方法將124例中重度OSAHS患者隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組,兩組患者在確診后均予相同的教育、CPAP治療指導(dǎo)和電話隨訪,干預(yù)組同時(shí)給予云平臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療隨訪和指導(dǎo),比較兩組患者1、3個(gè)月的CPAP治療依從性。結(jié)果治療1、3個(gè)月后,干預(yù)組的CPAP治療依從性均高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論基于云平臺(tái)的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療能提高OSAHS患者CPAP治療的依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of cloud platform based telemedicine on compliance with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 124 patients with moderate and severe OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. The two groups were given the same education, CPAP treatment guidance and telephone follow-up after diagnosis, and the intervention group were given the cloud platform telemedicine follow-up and guidance at the same time. The compliance of CPAP for 1 and 3 months was compared between the two groups. Results after 1 and 3 months of treatment, the compliance of CPAP in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Cloud-based telemedicine can improve the compliance of CPAP in patients with OSAHS.
