大鼠視盤周圍神經(jīng)纖維層厚度的光學相干斷層掃描測量與組織學測量的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the correlation between optical coherence tomography (optical coherence tomography, OCT) and histological measurements of (retinal nerve fiber layer, RNFL) thickness of perioptic nerve fiber layer in normal and adult rats after optic nerve transection. Methods: 36 rats (20 normal rats) were treated with OCT. Sixteen rats in the optic nerve transection model group were divided into 5 and 7 days survival group (4 rats in each group). The thickness of RNFL around the optic disc with the optic papilla as the central diameter of the 3.46mm circle was scanned. The thickness of RNFL was measured by immunohistochemical staining of the same retinal NF-200. The RNFL thickness data of normal and model rats measured by Western method were analyzed by linear regression. Results: the thickness of RNFL was 72.35 鹵5.71 渭 m in the right eye and 72.65 鹵5.88 渭 m in the left eye. There was no significant difference between the two eyes (p0.05). The thickness of RNFL around optic disc in normal rats was 37.54 鹵4.05 渭 m in right eye and 37.38 鹵4.23 渭 m in left eye. In the optic nerve transection model group, the results of the two methods showed that the thickness of RNFL around the optic disc of the rats after optic nerve transection had a tendency to decrease with the prolongation of the survival time of the rats. There was a good correlation between the results of the two methods (the thickness of RNFL around the optic disc of normal rats and model rats measured by R2 + 0.7964). OCT) was significantly higher than that of histological measurement. Conclusion: the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer measured by OCT can represent the relative value of the thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer, and it has a good correlation with the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer obtained by histological method.
