【摘要】：目的總結(jié)采用改良Z形切口法矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮的療效。方法 2013年9月—2015年3月,采用改良Z形切口法對(duì)93例內(nèi)眥贅皮患者行內(nèi)眥贅皮矯正術(shù)。女80例,男13例;年齡16~40歲,平均30歲。輕度內(nèi)眥贅皮35例,中度54例,重度4例。64例伴單瞼,29例伴不明顯重瞼。85例同期行重瞼術(shù),8例不明顯重瞼者單純行內(nèi)眥贅皮矯正術(shù)。結(jié)果術(shù)后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合�；颊呔@隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間6~12個(gè)月,平均9個(gè)月�；颊呱喜�無明顯瘢痕;內(nèi)眥部外觀平整,淚阜顯露適中,瞼裂變長;內(nèi)眥角與重瞼線銜接流暢�；颊呔鶎�(duì)效果滿意。結(jié)論改良Z形切口法矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮設(shè)計(jì)簡單、操作方便,切口隱蔽、瘢痕不明顯、內(nèi)眥形態(tài)自然,能達(dá)到功能與形態(tài)完美結(jié)合的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the effect of modified Z-shaped incision on epicanthus. Methods from September 2013 to March 2015, 93 patients with epicanthus were treated with modified Z incision. There were 80 females and 13 males, aged 1640 years with an average age of 30 years. Mild epicanthus was found in 35 cases, moderate in 54 cases, severe in 4 cases, with single eyelid in 64 cases, double eyelid in 29 cases, double eyelid in 85 cases, and epicanthus correction in 8 cases. Results all the incisions healed in one stage after operation. All patients were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months (mean 9 months). There was no obvious scar in upper eyelid, smooth appearance of inner canthus, moderate exposure of lacrimal caruncle, long fission of eyelid, smooth connection between angle of inner canthus and double eyelid line. All the patients were satisfied with the effect. Conclusion the modified Z incision method for epicanthus correction is simple in design, convenient in operation, concealed in incision, not obvious in scar, and natural in shape, which can achieve the purpose of perfect combination of function and morphology.
