【摘要】：目的探討鼻腔鼻竇血管瘤的診斷與治療方法。方法 26例鼻腔鼻竇血管瘤患者,術(shù)前行鼻腔鼻竇CT、MRI、頸總動(dòng)脈造影等檢查,根據(jù)腫瘤直徑及對(duì)周圍組織、器官的壓迫和破壞情況,分別行平陽(yáng)霉素瘤體內(nèi)注射、鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)切除或鼻側(cè)切開(kāi)手術(shù)。結(jié)果 26例中行平陽(yáng)霉素瘤體內(nèi)注射16例,鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)8例,鼻側(cè)切開(kāi)手術(shù)2例,均痊愈;術(shù)后隨訪1~3a,無(wú)復(fù)發(fā),患者鼻塞、鼻出血等癥狀均消失。結(jié)論鼻腔鼻竇CT、MRI等檢查有助于鼻腔鼻竇血管瘤的診斷,平陽(yáng)霉素瘤體內(nèi)注射、鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)切除及鼻側(cè)切開(kāi)手術(shù)治療效果確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods 26 patients with hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were examined by CT,MRI, carotid angiography before operation. According to the diameter of tumor and the compression and destruction of surrounding tissues and organs, pingyangmycin was injected into the tumor body. Endoscopic excision or incision of the nasal side. Results among the 26 cases, 16 cases received pingyangmycin injection, 8 cases underwent endoscopic surgery, 2 cases were cured by nasal incision, and no recurrence occurred after 1 year follow-up. The symptoms such as nasal congestion and epistaxis disappeared. Conclusion CT,MRI is helpful in the diagnosis of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. The effect of pingyangmycin injection, endoscopic excision and lateral nasal incision is effective in the diagnosis of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
