【摘要】：正患者女性,30歲。因左眼紋眼線過程中操作失誤致睫毛液入眼,眼紅、眼痛、刺激感1日就診。當(dāng)時(shí)曾給予大量流動(dòng)水沖洗。眼部檢查:視力右眼1.0,左眼0.8,眼壓正常。左眼鼻側(cè)結(jié)膜大量黑色素沉著,范圍5 mm×6 mm,距離角膜緣3mm,表面粗糙,周圍結(jié)膜反應(yīng)性充血(圖1)。余未見異常。給予大量生理鹽水沖洗左眼結(jié)膜囊,見結(jié)膜表層黑色素大部分
[Abstract]:Female patient, 30 years old. Because of the left eye striated eyeliner operation error resulting in eyelash into the eye, eye red, eye pain, stimulating feeling 1 day to see a doctor. A large amount of flowing water was given at that time. Eye examination: visual acuity 1.0 in right eye, 0.8 in left eye, normal intraocular pressure. The left eye nasal conjunctiva had a large amount of melanosis, with a range of 5 mm 脳 6 mm, from the limbus, a rough surface and reactive congestion around the conjunctiva (Fig. 1). I saw nothing unusual. A large amount of saline was given to wash the conjunctival sac of the left eye.
