【摘要】：目的為探究臨床針對于耳前瘺管感染膿腫切開術(shù)患者有效的換藥方式,以便為耳前瘺管感染膿腫切開術(shù)患者的術(shù)后換藥處理提供參考和借鑒依據(jù)。方法選取醫(yī)院耳科2012年12月-2013年12月收治的先天性耳前瘺管感染膿腫切開術(shù)患者138例;根據(jù)患者臨床換藥方式的不同將其分成了研究組(徹底清創(chuàng)排膿換藥法)和對照組(切開排膿換藥法),每組患者69例;以兩組患者臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、痊愈時間和治療費用等為觀察指標(biāo)。結(jié)果研究組痊愈率、總有效率分別為55.07%和94.20%,高于對照組33.33%、79.71%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組感染發(fā)生率、紅腫發(fā)生率和疼痛發(fā)生率分別為8.70%、13.04%、10.14%,低于對照組26.09%、39.13%、37.68%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組痊愈時間和治療費用為(9.23±1.93)d和(160.34±10.34)元,少于對照組(14.34±2.98)d、(210.34±22.64)元,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論給予耳前瘺管感染膿腫切開術(shù)患者徹底清創(chuàng)排膿換藥方式的臨床優(yōu)勢明顯,患者的治療效果更好、術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率更低,痊愈時間更短,治療費用更低,是臨床實踐的理想選擇方式之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effective methods of dressing change for patients with preauricular fistula infection abscess incision, and to provide reference for postoperative dressing change of patients with preauricular fistula infection abscess. Methods 138 patients with congenital preauricular fistula infection abscess were selected from December 2012 to December 2013. The patients were divided into study group (thorough debridement and purulent replacement method) and control group (69 cases in each group) according to their clinical changes. The time of cure and the cost of treatment were the indexes of observation. Results the cure rate of the study group was 55.07% and the total effective rate was 94.20%, which was higher than that of the control group (33.33%, 79.71%, P0.05), the incidence of infection in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of emphysema and pain were 8.70% and 13.04 鹵10.14, respectively, which were lower than that of the control group (26.09 鹵39.13 and 37.68, respectively), the recovery time and treatment cost of the study group were (9.23 鹵1.93) days and (160.34 鹵10.34) yuan, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (14.34 鹵2.98) d, (210.34 鹵22.64) (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical advantages of complete debridement and purulent replacement in patients with preauricular fistula infection abscess are obvious, the treatment effect is better, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is lower, the recovery time is shorter, and the cost of treatment is lower. It is one of the ideal choices in clinical practice.
