【摘要】：目的探討染色質(zhì)區(qū)解旋酶DNA結(jié)合蛋白5(CHD5)、E-鈣黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、Smad家族成員4(Smad4)在喉鱗癌組織中的表達(dá)變化及其意義。方法選擇喉鱗癌組織及其配對的癌旁正常組織各35例份,采用免疫組化SP法檢測兩種組織CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4表達(dá)。比較兩種組織CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4陽性表達(dá),分析喉鱗癌組織CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4陽性表達(dá)的關(guān)系及其與患者臨床病理參數(shù)和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果喉鱗癌組織CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4陽性表達(dá)率均低于癌旁正常組織(P均0.05)。相關(guān)分析顯示,喉鱗癌組織CHD5陽性表達(dá)與Smad4陽性表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.810,P0.05),與E-cadherin陽性表達(dá)無相關(guān)性(r=-0.263,P0.05),E-cadherin陽性表達(dá)與Smad4陽性表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.481,P0.05)。喉鱗癌組織CHD5陽性表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期有關(guān),E-cadherin陽性表達(dá)與組織分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān),Smad4陽性表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P均0.05)。CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4陽性表達(dá)者術(shù)后生存時(shí)間3年比例明顯高于其陰性表達(dá)者(P均0.05)。結(jié)論喉鱗癌組織CHD5、E-cadherin、Smad4低表達(dá),其表達(dá)變化與喉鱗癌的惡性生物學(xué)行為和患者預(yù)后有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of chromatin region helicase DNA binding protein 5 (CHD5) -E-cadherin (E-cadherin) Smad family 4 (Smad4) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods the expression of CHD5,E-cadherin,Smad4 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its adjacent normal tissues (35 cases each) was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. To compare the positive expression of CHD5,E-cadherin,Smad4 in two kinds of tissues and to analyze the relationship between the positive expression of CHD5,E-cadherin,Smad4 and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Results the positive expression rate of CHD5,E-cadherin,Smad4 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the positive expression of CHD5 and Smad4 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (r ~ (0.810) P 0.05), but no correlation with the positive expression of E-cadherin (r ~ (-0.263) P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between E-cadherin expression and the expression of Smad4 (r ~ (0.481) P 0.05). The positive expression of CHD5 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) was related to the positive expression of E-cadherin and the degree of tissue differentiation. The positive expression of Smad4 in lymph node metastasis was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 0.05). The survival time of patients with positive expression of CHD5 E-cadherin Smad4 was significantly higher than that of negative expression (P 0.05). Conclusion the low expression of CHD5,E-cadherin,Smad4 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is related to the malignant biological behavior and prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
