【摘要】：目的通過(guò)分析不同病情的炎性腸病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)與脈絡(luò)膜厚度的關(guān)系,探討將脈絡(luò)膜厚度用于評(píng)價(jià)IBD病情的可行性。方法光學(xué)相干斷層掃描儀的增強(qiáng)深部掃描技術(shù)對(duì)50例(100眼)不同病情的IBD患者的脈絡(luò)膜厚度進(jìn)行測(cè)量,包括23例潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和27例克羅恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)患者,另有48名(96眼)健康志愿者作為對(duì)照被納入研究。結(jié)果與正常志愿者的黃斑中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚度(294.37±35.04)μm相比較,UC患者中病情為重度者的黃斑中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚度(349.28±76.57)μm增加顯著(P0.05),CD患者中病情為中度者及重度者的黃斑中心凹下脈絡(luò)膜厚度[(326.71±59.71)μm、(354.24±66.34)μm]也均增加顯著(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論脈絡(luò)膜厚度可作為評(píng)價(jià)IBD患者尤其是CD患者病情嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of using choroidal thickness to evaluate the condition of IBD by analyzing the relationship between (inflammatory bowel disease,IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) and choroidal thickness. Methods the choroidal thickness of 50 patients (100 eyes) with IBD, including 23 patients with ulcerative colitis (ulcerative colitis,UC) and 27 patients with Crohn's disease (Crohn's disease,CD), was measured by enhanced deep scanning with optical coherence tomography (OCT), including 23 patients with ulcerative colitis (ulcerative colitis,UC) and 27 patients with Crohn's disease (Crohn's disease,CD). Another 48 healthy volunteers (96 eyes) were included as controls. Results compared with normal volunteers, the thickness of subfoveal choroid in patients with severe macular central fovea (349.28 鹵76.57) 渭 m increased significantly (P0.05) in patients with moderate macular central fovea choroidal thickness (294.37 鹵35.04) 渭 m compared with those in patients with severe macular central fovea (294.37 鹵35.04) 渭 m (P0.05). The thickness of subconcave choroid [(326.71 鹵59.71) 渭 m, (354.24 鹵66.34) 渭 m] also increased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion choroidal thickness can be used as an index to evaluate the severity of IBD, especially CD.
