【摘要】：突發(fā)性聾是耳科常見的急癥之一,如果治療不及時可導(dǎo)致永久性聽力損失,給患者造成很大痛苦。由于病因及發(fā)病機(jī)制不明,影響突發(fā)性聾預(yù)后的相關(guān)因素多年來一直倍受學(xué)者關(guān)注。近年來隨著社會節(jié)奏的加快突聾發(fā)病率有逐年上升和年輕化的趨勢。其臨床表現(xiàn)多樣,影響預(yù)后因素較多,且存在自愈傾向。已有大量研究證實(shí)年齡、病程、聽力損失程度、聽力曲線類型等因素均與突聾的預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。目前在治療上主要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是治療的時間性,治療越早效果越好。突發(fā)性聾可以在各個年齡階段發(fā)病,年齡可能在突發(fā)性聾的預(yù)后中起著重要的作用,不同年齡階段的患者可能具有不同的治療效果。國內(nèi)外根據(jù)聽力曲線類型將突聾分型,認(rèn)為不同類型突聾發(fā)病機(jī)制不同且預(yù)后也存在顯著差異。突發(fā)性聾患者普遍存在不同程度及種類的心理健康問題,不良情緒和應(yīng)激心理反應(yīng)直接影響到患者的預(yù)后。對影響突發(fā)性聾預(yù)后相關(guān)因素的研究具有重要的臨床和社會意義。本文將各種影響因素整理分析做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Sudden deafness is one of the most common emergencies in otology. If not treated in time, it can cause permanent hearing loss and cause great suffering to patients. As the etiology and pathogenesis of sudden deafness are unknown, the factors related to the prognosis of sudden deafness have been concerned by scholars for many years. In recent years, with the acceleration of social rhythm, the incidence of sudden deafness has been rising year by year and younger. Its clinical manifestation is diverse, the influence prognostic factor is many, and has the self-healing tendency. Many studies have confirmed that age, course of disease, degree of hearing loss and type of hearing curve are closely related to prognosis of sudden deafness. At present, the main emphasis in treatment is the timeliness of treatment, the earlier the treatment, the better. Sudden deafness can occur at different age stages. Age may play an important role in the prognosis of sudden deafness. Patients with different ages may have different therapeutic effects. According to the type of hearing curve, it is considered that different types of sudden deafness have different pathogenesis and different prognosis. Mental health problems are common in patients with sudden deafness. Adverse emotions and stress psychological reactions directly affect the prognosis of patients. It has important clinical and social significance to study the prognostic factors of sudden deafness. In this paper, the influence factors are summarized.
