【摘要】：目的探討鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)治療慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的臨床效果。方法選取在我院接受治療的134例慢性鼻-鼻竇炎患者為研究對象,按照治療方法的不同將其分為對照組和試驗組各67例。給予對照組患者傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)治療,給予試驗組患者鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)治療,觀察2組患者的治療效果和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果對照組的總有效率為77.61%,試驗組的總有效率為91.04%,試驗組的總有效率明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為22.39%,試驗組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為5.97%,試驗組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)治療慢性鼻-鼻竇炎療效顯著,且安全性高,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods 134 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis received treatment in our hospital were divided into control group (n = 67) and experimental group (n = 67). The patients in the control group were treated with traditional operation and the patients in the experimental group were treated with nasal endoscope. The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results the total effective rate of the control group was 77.61, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.04, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 22.399.The incidence rate of the adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.97. The incidence rate of the adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.
