【摘要】：目的:探討自擬減毒湯加減聯(lián)合康復(fù)新對鼻咽癌患者放療不良反應(yīng)的減毒效果觀察。方法:選取2013年7月—2015年7月接受放射治療的鼻咽癌患者96例(完成86例,脫落10例)作為研究對象,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組(48例,完成44例,脫落4例)和對照組(48例,完成42例,脫落6例),對照組給予康復(fù)新治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予自擬減毒湯加減治療,以放療結(jié)束作為干預(yù)終點,記錄兩組放射不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、發(fā)生時間、持續(xù)時間,采用卡氏評分(KPS)評估功能狀態(tài),計算體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)。結(jié)果:觀察組口腔黏膜損傷、放射性食管炎、放射性皮膚損傷、口干的Ⅲ~Ⅳ級發(fā)生率分別為20.45%、9.09%、9.09%、6.82%,明顯低于對照組的42.86%、28.57%、35.71%、30.95%;觀察組口腔黏膜損傷、放射性食管炎、放射性皮膚損傷、口干的出現(xiàn)時間長于對照組,口腔黏膜損傷、放射性食管炎、放射性皮膚損傷持續(xù)時間短于對照組(P0.05);觀察組治療后KPS評分、BMI高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬減毒湯加減聯(lián)合康復(fù)新可減輕鼻咽癌患者放療不良反應(yīng)嚴(yán)重程度,延長不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)時間,減少對生活質(zhì)量、體質(zhì)量的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the antitoxic effect of self-made detoxification decoction combined with Kangfuxin on adverse reaction of radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: 96 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiotherapy from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and complete treatment group (44 cases). The control group (48 cases, 42 cases, 6 cases), the control group was treated with new rehabilitation therapy, the observation group was treated with self-made attenuated decoction on the basis of the control group, and the end of radiotherapy was taken as the end point of the intervention. The incidence, time and duration of adverse effects of radiation were recorded. The functional status was evaluated by (KPS) and the body mass index (BMI).) was calculated. Results: the incidence of oral mucosal injury, radiation esophagitis, radiation skin injury and dry mouth in the observation group were 20.459.099.099.09 and 6.82 respectively, which were significantly lower than that in the control group (42.866.57 and 28.577.75), the oral mucosal injury, radiation esophagitis and radiation skin injury were observed in the observation group. Dry mouth appeared longer than the control group, oral mucosal injury, radiation esophagitis, radiation skin injury duration was shorter than the control group (P0.05); the observation group after treatment KPS score was higher than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Self-made Jiandu decoction combined with rehabilitation can reduce the severity of radiotherapy adverse reactions, prolong the occurrence time of adverse reactions and reduce the impact on quality of life and body mass in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
