【摘要】：目的探討遠(yuǎn)視性弱視兒童在視力正常后其雙眼視功能的恢復(fù)情況。方法收集57例遠(yuǎn)視性弱視治愈兒童為治愈組,57例正視兒童為對(duì)照組。同視機(jī)、顏氏立體圖與Titmus測(cè)量遠(yuǎn)、近立體視,綜合驗(yàn)光儀測(cè)量調(diào)節(jié)功能,分析比較兩組立體視功能與調(diào)節(jié)功能。結(jié)果治愈組與對(duì)照組的遠(yuǎn)、近立體視,單眼調(diào)節(jié)靈活度、調(diào)節(jié)幅度存在差異,P0.05,遠(yuǎn)融合功能差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論遠(yuǎn)視性弱視治愈后,其遠(yuǎn)、近立體視及部分調(diào)節(jié)功能仍低于正常兒童。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the recovery of binocular visual function in hyperopic amblyopia after normal vision. Methods 57 cases of hyperopic amblyopia cured children were collected as cure group and 57 cases of emmetropia children as control group. In the same vision machine, Yan's stereogram and Titmus were used to measure far, near stereopsis, and comprehensive optometry were used to measure and adjust the function, and the two groups of stereoscopic function and adjustment function were analyzed and compared. Results there were significant differences between the cure group and the control group in the distance, near stereopsis, monocular adjustment flexibility and amplitude (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the distant fusion function between the cure group and the control group. Conclusion after the cure of hyperopic amblyopia, its distant, near stereoscopic and partial regulatory functions are still lower than those of normal children.
