【摘要】：目的探討耳內(nèi)窺鏡在耳硬化癥人工鐙骨手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用。方法對(duì)64例耳硬化患者分別采用顯微鏡或耳內(nèi)窺鏡兩種放大設(shè)備下行人工鐙骨手術(shù),對(duì)手術(shù)所需時(shí)間及術(shù)后手術(shù)效果進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果兩組患者術(shù)后聽力均明顯改善,氣骨導(dǎo)差均較術(shù)前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),患者術(shù)中術(shù)后均無任何并發(fā)癥,耳內(nèi)窺鏡組手術(shù)所需時(shí)間比顯微鏡組稍長(zhǎng),但兩組手術(shù)所需時(shí)間比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論耳內(nèi)窺鏡下行人工鐙骨手術(shù),探查聽骨鏈,重建聽力,圖像清晰、創(chuàng)傷小,與顯微鏡下手術(shù)相比較具有自已獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of endoscope in the operation of artificial stapes in patients with otorsclerosis. Methods 64 cases of ear sclerosis were operated with microscope or endoscope. The time of operation and the effect of operation were analyzed and summarized. Results the hearing of the two groups were significantly improved, the difference of air-bone conductance was significantly lower than that of the pre-operation (P0.05), there were no complications during and after operation, and the operation time of the otoscope group was a little longer than that of the microscope group. However, there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic stapes prosthesis, exploration of auditory chain, reconstruction of hearing, clear image, less trauma, has its own unique advantages compared with microscope surgery.
