【摘要】：正男性,21歲。左眼視力突然下降1天就診。1天前無明顯誘因突覺左眼無痛性視力下降,無畏光、流淚,無其他不適。曾因慢性中度乙型病毒性肝炎在外院治療,入院前多次在外院予以α-2b干擾素治療,自訴曾多次出現(xiàn)α-2b干擾素過敏,病初曾出現(xiàn)皮疹,后好轉(zhuǎn),并堅持干擾素等治療。起病時出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,體溫38.4℃,無其他異常。查體:四肢關(guān)節(jié)明顯觸痛,足部紅腫,皮溫升高,雙足、下肢遠(yuǎn)端密集分布針尖樣瘀
[Abstract]:The male is 21 years old. Visual acuity of left eye dropped suddenly 1 day before 1 day treatment, there was no obvious inducement to decrease painless visual acuity of left eye, fearless light, tears, and no other discomfort. He had been treated with interferon 偽 -2b many times before admission to the hospital because of chronic and moderate viral hepatitis B, and had appeared interferon 偽 -2b allergy many times before admission, and had rash at the beginning of the disease, then improved, and persisted in the treatment of interferon.
