【摘要】：目的探討單側(cè)聽力耳中耳炎(包括膽脂瘤)患者施行手術(shù)治療的效果及經(jīng)驗。方法回顧性分析2000年5月~2013年1月期間手術(shù)治療的13例單側(cè)聽力耳中耳炎患者的手術(shù)和隨訪資料,并與2000年前的15例患者(以下稱"前組")結(jié)果比較。結(jié)果隨訪6~156個月,平均(84.55±56.84)個月。隨訪結(jié)束時13例均為干耳。術(shù)后氣骨導(dǎo)差(GAP)、氣導(dǎo)(AC)較術(shù)前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。手術(shù)有效率為92.31%(12/13),其中成功11例(84.62%),包括GAP10 d B HL 4例;11~20 d B HL7例;其余2例中,1例有效,1例聽力無變化。術(shù)前、術(shù)后骨導(dǎo)(BC)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后GAP差值20 d B HL者10例(76.92%),30 d B HL者4例(30.77%),而"前組"分別為6例(40.00%)和2例(13.33%),較"前組"有所提高。結(jié)論單側(cè)聽力耳中耳炎手術(shù)能獲得安全和有效的結(jié)果,患者生活質(zhì)量提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and experience of surgical treatment for unilateral otitis media (including cholesteatoma). Methods the surgical and follow-up data of 13 patients with unilateral otitis media were retrospectively analyzed from May 2000 to January 2013, and the results were compared with 15 cases before 2000 (referred to as "anterior group"). Results the follow-up period was 6 ~ 156 months with an average of (84.55 鹵56.84) months. All 13 cases were dry ears at the end of follow-up. After operation, the air-bone conductance difference (GAP),) and air conduction (AC) were significantly lower than those before operation (P0. 01). The effective rate of operation was 92.31% (12 / 13), of which 11 cases (84.62%) were successful, including 4 cases of GAP10 d B HL with 1120 d B HL7, and 1 case of the other 2 cases with no change of hearing. There was no significant difference in (BC) of bone conduction before and after operation (P0.05). There were 10 cases (76.92%) with GAP difference of 20 d B HL (76.92%), 4 cases (30.77%) with 30 d B HL, while 6 cases (40.00%) and 2 cases (13.33%) with "anterior group". Conclusion the operation of unilateral otitis media is safe and effective, and the quality of life of the patients is improved.
