【摘要】：目的綜合評(píng)價(jià)早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病(ROP)發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素,以進(jìn)行有效的早期篩查。方法檢索Cochrane圖書(shū)館、Pub Med、MEDLINE、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、重慶維普中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。文獻(xiàn)檢索起止時(shí)間均從建庫(kù)至2015年10月。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的Rev Man5.3軟件。結(jié)果共納入10篇文獻(xiàn),Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:胎齡過(guò)小[加權(quán)均數(shù)差(WMD)-1.76;95%CI:-1.98~1.54,P0.01]、輸血(OR:3.44;95%CI:2.41~4.90,P0.01)、敗血癥(OR:2.37;95%CI:1.57~3.57,P0.01)、壞死性小腸結(jié)腸炎(NEC)(OR:6.65;95%CI:3.46~12.78,P0.01)、動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉(PDA)(OR:2.39;95%CI:1.74~3.29,P0.01)、支氣管肺發(fā)育不良(BPD)(OR:4.75;95%CI:3.44~6.56,P0.01)、氧療(OR:2.72;95%CI:1.83~4.05,P0.01)、呼吸窘迫綜合征(RDS)(OR:2.53;95%CI:1.70~3.79,P0.01)、窒息(OR:2.99;95%CI:1.72~5.19,P0.01)、低出生體重(WMD-238.19;95%CI:-320.93~155.44,P0.01)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論胎齡過(guò)小、輸血、敗血癥、NEC、BPD、PDA、氧療、RDS、窒息、低出生體重為ROP發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the risk factors of retinopathy (ROP) in premature infants and to provide effective early screening. Methods the database of Pub Med,MEDLINE, Wanfang, the full text database of Chinese academic journals and the full text database of Chongqing Weipu Chinese sci-tech periodicals were searched in Cochrane library.
