【摘要】：目的探討早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的發(fā)病率及危險(xiǎn)因素。方法 2012年4月1日至2014年3月31日應(yīng)用Retcam III小兒廣域視網(wǎng)膜成像系統(tǒng)對(duì)1332例早產(chǎn)兒行視網(wǎng)膜病變篩查,根據(jù)《早產(chǎn)兒用氧治療和視網(wǎng)膜病變防治指南》的說(shuō)明,其中710早產(chǎn)兒符合篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn),622例在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之外。結(jié)果 1332例早產(chǎn)兒中,共檢出ROP69例,發(fā)生率為5.2%,均為雙眼發(fā)病。共在篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)的710例中檢出ROP陽(yáng)性52例,發(fā)生率7.32%,篩查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外的622例中檢出ROP陽(yáng)性17例,發(fā)生率2.73%;不同出生體重組之間、不同胎齡組之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ROP發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素包括小胎齡和低出生體重等多種因素,對(duì)于合并呼吸系統(tǒng)等疾病的患兒ROP的篩查范圍應(yīng)擴(kuò)大,防止漏診。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of retinopathy in premature infants.Methods From April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014, 1332 premature infants were screened for retinopathy with Retcam III. Results Among the 1 332 premature infants, 69 were ROP positive, the incidence rate was 5.2%. Among 710 cases in the screening standard, 52 were ROP positive, the incidence rate was 7.32%. Among 622 cases out of the screening standard, 17 were ROP positive, the incidence rate was 2.73%. There were differences between different birth weight groups and different gestational age groups. Conclusion Risk factors of ROP include small gestational age and low birth weight. Screening range of ROP in children with respiratory diseases should be expanded to prevent missed diagnosis.
