【摘要】：目的探討不同聽力分期梅尼埃病(Meniere disease,MD)患者眼肌前庭誘發(fā)肌源性電位(ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential,oVEMP)及冷熱試驗(caloric test)的特征及臨床意義。方法對確診的MD患者55例(52.8±15.8歲),按MD聽力分期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為1期9例(48.8±13.8歲),2期9例(46.0±16.3歲),3期23例(50.3±13.5歲),4期14例(53.5±16.2歲),分別行oVEMP檢測及冷熱試驗,分析其結(jié)果。結(jié)果 1、2、3、4期MD患者oVEMP異常率分別為55.6%(5/9)、66.7%(6/9)、78.3%(18/23)、78.6%(11/14),冷熱試驗異常率分別為22.2%(2/9)、33.3%(3/9)、78.3%(18/23)、85.7%(12/14);可引出oVEMP的1、2、3、4期MD患者其振幅分別為4.3±4.0、3.5±2.3、2.5±2.4、1.3±0.5μV。結(jié)論 MD患者oVEMP及冷熱試驗異常率隨其聽力受損程度加重呈上升趨勢,oVEMP振幅呈下降趨勢,提示橢圓囊與水平半規(guī)管的損傷加重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of (ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential,oVEMP and (caloric test) in different hearing stages of Meniere's disease (Meniere disease,MD). Methods 55 patients (52.8 鹵15.8 years old) with MD were divided into 9 stage 1 (48.8 鹵13.8 years old), 9 stage 2 (46.0 鹵16.3 years old), 23 stage 3 (50.3 鹵13.5 years old) and 14 stage 4 (53.5 鹵16.2 years old) patients according to the standard of MD hearing stage. The results were analyzed. Results 1 the abnormal rates of oVEMP were 55.6% (5 / 9) 66.7% (6 / 9) 78.3% (18 / 23) 78.6% (11 / 14) in stage 4 MD patients and 22.2% (2 / 9)% (2 / 9) in cold and hot tests, respectively, and the amplitudes were 4.3 鹵4.03.5 鹵2.43 鹵2.43 鹵0.5 渭 V in patients with MD of stage 1, 2 / 3, 78.3% (18 / 23) and 85.7% (12 / 14), respectively, and the amplitudes were 4.3 鹵4.03.5 鹵2.3 鹵2.5 鹵2.41.3 鹵0.5 渭 V, respectively. Conclusion the abnormal rate of oVEMP and cold and hot test in MD patients is increasing with the degree of hearing impairment. The amplitude of oVEMP is decreasing, which suggests that the damage of elliptic sac and horizontal semicircular canal is aggravated.
