【摘要】：目的探討白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中晶狀體后囊膜破裂的相關(guān)因素。方法選取2014年2月-2015年4月貴州省婦幼保健院收治的白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中晶狀體后囊膜破裂患者36例(37眼),按照1:4的比例選取白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中晶狀體后囊膜未破裂患者144例(147眼),比較兩組患者術(shù)后視力,對晶狀體后囊膜破裂的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果破裂組36例,37眼,術(shù)后視力0.1的1例,0.1~0.3的5例,0.4~0.8的19例,≥0.9的12例;未破裂組144例,147眼,術(shù)后視力0.1的1例,0.1~0.3的7例,0.4~0.8的68例,≥0.9的71例。兩組(破裂組和未破裂組)患者Emery核分級、術(shù)前視力、合并高血壓、植入人工晶體、玻璃體積血差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對單因素分析中有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多因素Logistic回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示術(shù)前視力、玻璃體積血是影響白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中晶狀體后囊膜破裂的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中晶狀體后囊膜破裂能夠降低患者視力,其中術(shù)前視力、玻璃體積血是影響晶狀體后囊膜破裂的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of posterior capsular rupture in cataract surgery. Methods from February 2014 to April 2015, 36 patients (37 eyes) with posterior capsule rupture were selected from cataract surgery in Guizhou Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital. 144 patients with unruptured posterior capsule were selected according to 1:4 ratio.
