【摘要】：目的 觀察糠酸莫米松鼻噴劑聯(lián)合鼻淵舒口服液治療兒童鼾癥的短期療效，探討一種非手術(shù)治療兒童鼾癥的方法。 方法 糠酸莫米松鼻噴劑聯(lián)合鼻淵舒口服液治療30例兒童鼾癥患兒，根據(jù)患兒鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、打鼾、睡眠呼吸暫停主觀癥狀進(jìn)行評分，治療4個月后判斷臨床療效。患兒治療前后腺樣體A／N （adenoidal/nasopharyngeal ratio）比值和后氣道間隙值（posterior airway space）PAS客觀指標(biāo)通過配對樣本t檢驗統(tǒng)計進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果 大部分患兒治療前處于重度及中度異常；治療后大部分患兒轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檩p度異�；蚧菊＃行�83.3%，無效16.7%；30例兒童鼾癥患兒中有9例治療前腭扁桃體Ⅲ°肥大，治療后有7例變?yōu)楸馓殷wⅡ°肥大；15例兒童鼾癥患者治療前鼻咽側(cè)位X線片A/N值（x±s）為（0.8333±0.0785），，治療后鼻咽側(cè)位X線片A/N值（x±s）為（0.6933±0.0905），存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P0.001）。15例兒童鼾癥患者治療前PAS值（x±s）為（0.4066cm±0.1948cm），治療后PAS值（x±s）為（0.7933cm±0.4494cm），存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P0.001）。 結(jié)論 短期療效觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)糠酸莫米松鼻噴劑聯(lián)合鼻淵舒口服液治療兒童鼾癥對大部分患兒有效。該方法具有治療簡單、副作用少，容易被患兒家屬接受等優(yōu)點。因此可以作為兒童鼾癥及其術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)病人治療手段之一。但長期療效有待今后進(jìn)一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short-term curative effect of momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid in the treatment of children snoring and to explore a non-operative method for the treatment of children snoring. Methods 30 children with snoring were treated with momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid. According to the subjective symptoms of nasal obstruction, runny, cough, snoring and sleep apnea, 30 children with snoring were evaluated.
