【摘要】：[目的]觀察金霉素眼膏在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)手術(shù)創(chuàng)面中的應(yīng)用效果.[方法]選擇96例OSAHS患者,隨機分為對照組(46例)和觀察組(50例),兩組均施行懸雍垂腭咽成形術(shù)(UPPP),觀察組術(shù)中將金霉素眼膏涂布于手術(shù)創(chuàng)面后進行縫合,而對照組術(shù)中手術(shù)創(chuàng)面內(nèi)未涂布任何藥物后直接進行縫合,觀察兩組術(shù)后出血發(fā)生率、出血部位及程度、手術(shù)創(chuàng)面水腫程度、術(shù)后瘢痕形成程度及術(shù)后縫合線情況.[結(jié)果]觀察組和對照組中術(shù)后出血率分別為6.5%和22.0%,相比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05).觀察組扁桃體下極出血2例,彌漫性出血1例;對照組扁桃體窩出血4例,扁桃體下極出血4例,彌漫性出血1例,其他出血2例.觀察組Ⅰ度出血3例;對照組Ⅰ度出血3例,Ⅱ度出血5例,Ⅲ度出血3例.觀察組手術(shù)創(chuàng)面水腫程度及瘢痕形成程度較對照組明顯減輕(P0.01).[結(jié)論]在OSAHS手術(shù)創(chuàng)面涂布給予金霉素眼膏后進行縫合的方法可有效減少術(shù)后出血,明顯減輕出血及手術(shù)創(chuàng)面水腫程度,減輕手術(shù)創(chuàng)面術(shù)后瘢痕的形成.
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of chlortetracycline eye ointment on (OSAHS) operation wound of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). [methods] 96 patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups: control group (46 cases) and observation group (50 cases). Both groups were treated with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP),) and treated with chlortetracycline eye ointment after suture. In the control group, the postoperative bleeding rate, bleeding location and degree, the degree of edema, the degree of scar formation and the suture were observed. [results] the rate of postoperative bleeding in observation group and control group was 6.5% and 22.0, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the observation group, there were 2 cases of subtonsillar hemorrhage, 1 case of diffuse hemorrhage, 4 cases of tonsillar fossa hemorrhage, 4 cases of subtonsillar polar hemorrhage, 1 case of diffuse hemorrhage and 2 cases of other hemorrhage.
