【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)晶狀體半脫位白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)中應(yīng)用Centurion白內(nèi)障智能超聲乳化手術(shù)系統(tǒng)的安全性和有效性。方法回顧性分析15眼晶狀體半脫位患者,應(yīng)用Centurion白內(nèi)障智能超聲乳化手術(shù)系統(tǒng)的效果,觀察術(shù)后視力、眼壓、角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度、人工晶狀體位置及術(shù)中、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后3個(gè)月,10眼(66.7%)最佳矯正視力≥0.6,其余5眼最佳矯正視力≥0.2~0.6,矯正不良的主要原因是由高度近視或外傷所致的黃斑病變。術(shù)后角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與術(shù)前比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),術(shù)后3個(gè)月復(fù)查均未發(fā)現(xiàn)視網(wǎng)膜脫離、人工晶狀體脫位、脈絡(luò)膜上腔出血、黃斑囊樣水腫等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論應(yīng)用Centurion白內(nèi)障智能超聲乳化手術(shù)系可安全、有效地完成晶狀體半脫位的超聲乳化手術(shù),避免玻璃體視網(wǎng)膜并發(fā)癥的出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Centurion intelligent phacoemulsification system in phacoemulsification of subluxated cataract. Methods the results of Centurion cataract intelligent phacoemulsification system in 15 eyes with lens subluxation were retrospectively analyzed. The postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell count, macular central foveal retinal thickness were observed.
