角膜地形圖和主客觀驗(yàn)光測量散光度數(shù)及軸位的對比觀察

【摘要】:目的比較分析角膜地形圖、檢影驗(yàn)光及主覺驗(yàn)光三種方法在準(zhǔn)分子激光術(shù)前檢查測得散光度數(shù)和軸位的差異與關(guān)系。方法采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助的角膜地形圖法、帶狀光散瞳檢影驗(yàn)光及主覺驗(yàn)光三種測量方法對123例195只非混合性散光進(jìn)行檢查并比較。結(jié)果 (1)檢影驗(yàn)光、主覺驗(yàn)光和角膜地形圖法測得散光主要分布在-0.5~-2.0 D,三種方法測得散光主要為順規(guī)散光。(2)角膜地形圖法與檢影驗(yàn)光相比,散光度數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000),軸向差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.459);角膜地形圖法與主覺驗(yàn)光相比,散光度數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000),軸向差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.355)。檢影驗(yàn)光與主覺驗(yàn)光相比,散光度數(shù)和軸向均差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.144,P=0.653)。結(jié)論角膜地形圖檢查對準(zhǔn)分子術(shù)前檢查患者散光軸向定位具有重要參考價(jià)值,散光度數(shù)仍需結(jié)合檢影驗(yàn)光和主覺驗(yàn)光確定最終處方。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the difference of astigmatism and axial position between corneal topography, optometry and principal optometry before excimer laser. Methods A total of 123 cases (195 cases) of nonmixed astigmatism were examined and compared by computer aided corneal topography, strip mydriasis optometry and principal optometry. Results (1) the astigmatism was mainly distributed in -0.5 ~ 2.0D, and the astigmatism was mainly regular astigmatism measured by the three methods. (2) the corneal topographic method was compared with the optometry. There were significant differences in astigmatism (P0. 000), axial (P0. 459), astigmatism (P0. 000) and axial (P0. 355). There was no significant difference in astigmatism and axis between optometry and principal optometry (P0. 144, P0. 653). Conclusion Corneal topographic examination has important reference value for the axial location of astigmatism in patients with molecular preoperative examination. Astigmatism should be combined with optometry and principal optometry to determine the final prescription.
