【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病與白內(nèi)障術(shù)后干眼的相關(guān)性。方法回顧分析2016年4月至10月收治的137例(176眼)白內(nèi)障患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)合并糖尿病情況分為糖尿病組及單純白內(nèi)障對照組,其中糖尿病組58例(71眼)、對照組79例(105眼),對比2組患者臨床資料及術(shù)后干眼指標(biāo)。結(jié)果糖尿病組與對照組患者年齡、性別構(gòu)成比均無明顯差異(均為P0.05);糖尿病組術(shù)眼術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的問卷調(diào)查表(McMonnies questionnaire,MQ)評分、淚膜破裂時(shí)間(break-up time,BUT)、角膜熒光素(fluorescein,FL)染色、基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌試驗(yàn)(schirmerⅠtest,SⅠt)均明顯差于術(shù)前2 d(均為P0.01),隨時(shí)間延長均趨于逐漸緩解;對照組患者術(shù)眼術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月的MQ評分、FL染色、SⅠt均明顯差于術(shù)前2 d的指標(biāo)(均為P0.01),術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月BUT與術(shù)前2d BUT無明顯差異(均為P0.05),術(shù)后3個(gè)月所有指標(biāo)與術(shù)前2 d均無明顯差異(均為P0.05)。糖尿病組術(shù)眼術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月的MQ評分、BUT、FL染色、SⅠt均明顯差于對照組(均為P0.01)。結(jié)論2型糖尿病患者行白內(nèi)障術(shù)后并發(fā)干眼癥狀較單純白內(nèi)障術(shù)后患者更加嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and dry eyes after cataract surgery. Methods the clinical data of 137 cataract patients (176 eyes) from April to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the diabetes mellitus, the patients were divided into two groups: diabetic group and control group. There were 58 cases (71 eyes) in diabetes group and 79 cases (105 eyes) in control group.
