【摘要】：正變態(tài)反應(yīng)參與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的發(fā)病機(jī)制。變應(yīng)性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)、特應(yīng)性體質(zhì)、嗜酸粒細(xì)胞(eosinophils,EOS)、Th2炎癥細(xì)胞因子、免疫球蛋白是影響CRS特別是伴有鼻息肉的CRS病程進(jìn)展和藥物、手術(shù)治療效果不可忽視的一系列重要因素。然而,變態(tài)反應(yīng)與CRS的確切關(guān)系仍然存在爭(zhēng)議。本文從CRS分型、AR、特應(yīng)性體質(zhì)、EOS與CRS的關(guān)系以及變應(yīng)性真菌性鼻-鼻竇炎(allergic fungal rhinosinusitis,AFRS)等方面介紹變態(tài)反
[Abstract]:Positive allergic reaction is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis. Allergic rhinitis AR (AR), atopic constitution, eosinophilic granulocyte (EOS) and Th2 inflammatory cytokines, immunoglobulin (Ig) are a series of important factors that influence the progression and drug of CRS in CRS, especially in patients with nasal polyps. However, the exact relationship between allergy and CRS remains controversial. In this paper, the relationship between CRS typing, atopic constitution and CRS and (allergic fungal rhinosinusitis in allergic fungal rhinosinusitis were introduced.
