【摘要】：目的評(píng)估如皋新生兒聽力篩查質(zhì)量指標(biāo),為調(diào)整篩查方案提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)如皋市2006-2013年新生兒聽力篩查進(jìn)行回顧性分析,計(jì)算相關(guān)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)并與國(guó)家質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)照比較。結(jié)果 8年新生兒聽力篩查率為92.95%(79 802/85 857),超過國(guó)家"篩查規(guī)劃"90%的要求(U=28.81,P0.05)。初篩通過率為91.55%(73 060/79 802),高于"聽力檢測(cè)干預(yù)指南"90%的要求(U=14.60,P0.05)。復(fù)篩率為95.85%(6 462/6 742),超過"聽力檢測(cè)干預(yù)指南"80%的要求(U=32.54,P0.05),復(fù)篩陽(yáng)性率39.89%(2 578/6 462),復(fù)篩陽(yáng)性轉(zhuǎn)診人數(shù)占篩查人數(shù)的2.19%(1 748/79 802),控制在"聽力檢測(cè)干預(yù)指南"規(guī)定的5%以內(nèi)(U=36.42,P0.05),轉(zhuǎn)診率為67.80%(1 748/2 578)。聽力障礙確診率為0.99‰(79/79 802),確診病例初篩日齡為(26.95±13.35)d(t=11.288,P0.05),復(fù)篩日齡為(58.16±15.50)d(t=9.268,P0.05),滯后于國(guó)家"篩查規(guī)范"要求;轉(zhuǎn)診日齡為(96.44±26.84)d(t=1.720,P0.05),符合國(guó)家"篩查規(guī)范"要求。結(jié)論如皋新生兒聽力篩查主要存在問題是初篩日齡、復(fù)篩日齡滯后于國(guó)家"篩查規(guī)范"要求,需及時(shí)調(diào)整聽力篩查方案,開展相關(guān)影響因素調(diào)查研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of hearing screening in Rugao neonates and to provide reference for adjusting the screening program. Methods the neonatal hearing screening in Rugao City from 2006 to 2013 was analyzed retrospectively and the relevant quality indexes were calculated and compared with the national quality control standards. Results the rate of neonatal hearing screening in 8 years was 92.95% (79,802 / 85,857), which exceeded the requirement of 90% of the national screening program (P 0.05). The primary screening pass rate was 91.55% (73,060 / 79,802), which was higher than the 90% requirement of the "intervention Guide for hearing Test" (UU 14.60% P 0.05). The re-screening rate was 95.85% (6,462 / 6,742), which exceeded the requirement of the "audiometric intervention guidelines" (80%). The positive rate of re-screening was 39.89% (2578 / 6462). The number of re-screen positive referrals accounted for 2.19% (1,748 / 79 802) of the screening population, and the referral rate was 67.80% (17482.578).
