【摘要】：正隨著科技的進(jìn)步和技術(shù)的不斷改進(jìn),光學(xué)相干斷層掃描系統(tǒng)(opticalcoherencetomography,OCT)目前已實現(xiàn)從時域向頻域的跨越,可以實現(xiàn)自然瞳孔下直接進(jìn)行眼底狀態(tài)的斷層和三維立體檢查,光源的改進(jìn)和掃描速度的提高實現(xiàn)了更大范圍的區(qū)域掃描,為后續(xù)的三維重建奠定基礎(chǔ)。波長為1310nm的時域OCT掃描速度較慢且對視網(wǎng)膜組織結(jié)構(gòu)成像分辨率較低,而波長為830~870nm的頻域OCT(SD-OCT)不僅提高了圖像的分辨率,而且在高速掃描下實現(xiàn)了區(qū)域掃描后的三維重建�？傊�,對于后節(jié)OCT而言,一方面頻域已完全取代時域技術(shù),另一方面臨床應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of technology, optical coherence tomography Oct (Oct) has been realized from the time domain to the frequency domain, can directly carry out the state of the eye floor under the natural pupil of the fault and three-dimensional inspection. The improvement of the light source and the increase of the scanning speed can achieve a wider range of area scanning and lay the foundation for the subsequent 3D reconstruction. Time domain Oct with wavelength of 1310nm is slower and the resolution of retinal tissue structure imaging is lower. Frequency domain Oct (SD-Oct) with wavelength of 830~870nm not only improves the resolution of image, but also realizes the 3D reconstruction after regional scanning at high speed. In a word, for posterior Oct, the frequency domain has completely replaced the time domain technology on the one hand, and the clinical application on the other.
